La Maison Du Chene

 Built around the early 1800's the House is situated just outside the small village of Percy in Lower Normandy. Set in just under an acre   of land in a small hamlet this house offers 6 double bedrooms, 4 with on suites and 2 with a shared bathroom. There is a large lounge with an open granite fireplace. A spacious kitchen with breakfast table and chairs and a split level dining room which includes a study/rest area. The house offers oil fired central heating, washing machine, 12 place dishwasher ,parking for 7-8 cars and a large secluded Bar-B-Q area. The village of Percy about a 3 minute drive away (or a 15 minute walk) provides a large Supermarket, Butchers, Bakers, Cash Point, Pharmacy, Petrol Station, Post Office and a couple of bars. The town of Villedeue les Pouiles is a 10 minute drive away with shops, restaurants, bars and places of interest. The house is situated 15 minutes South of St Lo and is 1 hour 15 minutes from Cherbourg or 1 hour from Caen.
